Currently at Capital One, I'm expanding our cross-sell entry points and optimizing our customer acquisition funnel through A/B tests. Prior to that, I solved for checkout friction and standardized customer info across the enterprise.
Outside of all that, I'm spending time learning how AI tooling can help me ship my silly ideas (and ofc apply these framework at work when I get access to these tools lol).
